PHAR 1010 - Sterile Products

This course is designed to provide an introduction to aseptic techniques, admixture preparation, incompatibility and stability, irrigation solutions, calculations for intravenous solutions, total parenteral nutrition, and chemotherapy. Prerequisite(s): Completion of PHAR 1001, PHAR 1002, PHAR 1003, and PHAR 1004 with the grade of “C” or higher. Co-requisite(s): Completion of or enrollment in PHAR 1020 and PHAR 1011.
