INST 1540 - AutoControl,Controllers&Tuning

This course covers the concepts of automatic process control. Process characteristics and control applications will be presented , along with annunciator/shutdown systems and the concepts of Proportional, Integral, and Derivative control modes, loop tuning, and documentation. Prerequisite(s): Concurrent enrollment or completion of INST 1030 and INST 1530 with “C” or bettter.
