This course is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the role of a desktop or help desk support technician. Areas of discussion will include the installation, deployment, configuration, customization, support, and troubleshooting of the operating system, as well as its related desktop applications such as web browsers, e-mail clients, and office productivity software.
