HUMN 250 - Special Topics

This course combines the study of the visual and performing arts through lecture and field experiences. Students will meet two hours per week for lecture and field experiences. Students will meet two hours per week for lecture on the various art forms (music, visual art and architecture, theater, and dance). Students will also visit museums and cultural exhibits. Attendance of concerts, ballets, television tapings, and film and theatre events will also be required. This may include travel to cities of cultural importance and involve additional fees. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 102 with a grade of “C” or higher.
