Includes basic and advanced topics in personal computer and network operating systems, such as installation, administration, management and troubleshooting Windows desktop operating systems. This course prepares students for the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Windows Operating System Fundamentals Exam. Prerequisite(s): Completion of CDYC 101 with a grade of “C” or better.
