Upon completion of this training, participants will understand what OEE is, how it is calculated, and why it is an important metric in manufacturing. Participants will also understand the three (3) primary components of OEE, performance, quality, and availability. Participants will gain knowledge of industry best practices related to OEE implementation and improvement.
