YPRO 7187 - Industrial Ergonomics

Employees will learn the latest OSHA standards pertaining to industrial ergonomics. The course will include work related musculoskeletal disorders with the focus being on rotator cuff, epicondylitis (elbow) and muscle strains. Risk factors including lifting heavy items, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion are included. Stretching and prevention techniques included. Training will be held in 14 sessions
