YPRO 7080 - Building Teams that Work

This course will teach components of a successful team and the stages of its development. Participants will learn skills needed to effectively manage projects, make decisions, and solve problems in a team setting. This course will also teach pitfalls of unhealthy group interaction and how to minimize effects on teams.
