YPRO 2045 - Proactive View of Safety/Safet

This course covers the principles, strategies, and tools needed to foster a safety culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement. Participants will learn to design, implement, and assess safety programs that go beyond regulatory compliance to enhance organizational performance by identifying and addressing potential risks before they lead to incidents. The course emphasizes that workplace injuries and illnesses are preventable incidents, not accidents, and teaches how to identify and reduce at-risk behaviors and unsafe conditions to reduce injuries and incidents proactively.
