PTEC 244 - Troubleshooting This course applies a six-step troubleshooting method for solving and correcting operation problems. There is a focus on malfunctions as opposed to process design or configuration improvements. This course uses data from the instrumentation to determine the cause for the abnormal conditions in an organized and regimented way. Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of PTEC 132 and PTEC 161 with a grade of “C” or higher.
