MLTS 225 - Med Lab Tech Clin. Practice II

The scope of this lab course will include 225 hours in a clinical setting for application of theories and techniques with an emphasis on correlation of test results. Specific focus includes problem solving skills that are associated with the principles and procedures and interpretation of techniques as applied to specimen collections and analysis in immunohematology, clinical immunology, clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, hematology, coagulation, and body fluid analysis. Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of MLTS 215 with a grade C or better.
